Flights get delayed, people get tired and sometimes the weather does not cooperate. If something needs to change during your trip, message us on WhatsApp. We will move the car, the guide or the activity and tell you what, if anything, it costs before we do it.
If you are unwell, we can arrange a doctor to visit your hotel or help you reach a private clinic in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan or on the Red Sea. Make sure your travel insurance includes medical cover.
