From the plane
to your room.
Cairo International is busy and can be confusing on a first visit. With meet-and-assist, a representative holding a sign with your name waits for you before passport control. They show you where to buy or show your visa, walk with you through immigration and baggage claim, and hand you to your driver outside.
The car is private, air-conditioned and sized for your group and luggage. Drivers do not speak much English as a rule, but your representative stays with you until you are on the road and our team is on WhatsApp the whole time.
We arrange the same service in Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, Marsa Alam and Sharm El Sheikh, and for departures, with pick-up timed to your flight.

What happens if our flight is delayed?
We track the flight and adjust the pick-up. There is no extra charge for normal delays.
Can you meet us before passport control?
In Cairo, yes, for meet-and-assist bookings. At smaller airports the representative usually waits just after customs.
Do we need cash on arrival?
If you are buying a visa on arrival, you will need the fee in the currency the airport accepts, usually US dollars. Check the current rules before you fly.
Can you transfer us between airports or cities?
Yes. We arrange private cars between any two points in Egypt, including long road transfers such as Luxor to Hurghada.
