  • Basic technical information sent by your browser, such as your IP address and device type, which our web server and security tools use to keep the site running safely.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a plan and quote.
  • To book hotels, cruise ships, transport, guides and activities for a confirmed trip.
  • To stay in touch with you before and during your trip.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to deliver your trip: hotels, cruise operators, transport companies, guides and activity providers, and only the details they need. When you send your brief, it opens in WhatsApp, which is operated by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years so that we can help with future trips, and booking records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights
